How to order

To place an order, send an email to our sales@acoustic-dimension.com mail-address, with your request and your complete adress.
You will receive a price quotation within 2 days (but normally the same day). After you have checked the price quotation, you will have to send us an order confirmation. All customers can only order with pre-payment. After receiving the payment the items will be shipped within a day.

When an item is not in stock, it will be mentioned in the price quotation.


How to pay

We prefer the use of regular bank transfer or paypal.
Please state your price quotation number for our reference on your payment.

Paypal.
We charge a 4% Paypal fee.

IMPORTANT :
Paypal charges around 4% for the use of their system. When, for some reason, we have to return your payment, Paypal will NOT return these charges. We will not cover this lost amount.

Bank transfer.
When you use bank transfer for payments from OUTSIDE the European Union you have to make sure that you pay ALL bank transfer costs. Also the bank charges on our side. When you do the (online) payment, you have to select OUR and not SHARED.
(else our bank will charge us € 12,00 for each payment). When you can't select OUR, you will have to add the extra € 12,00 to the total amount.

How we ship

National shipments

Within the Netherlands we use Post NL:
- below € 50,- un-insured non traceable envelope (small and low value components only)
(as this method of shipping is non-traceable, we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport)
- above € 50,- and for bigger components we use insured and traceable parcel



International shipments

* within the the European Union
- below € 50,- we use un-insured, non-traceable shipping with postal mail.
(as this method of shipping is non-traceable, we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport)
- above € 50,- we use insured, traceable shipping with postal mail.
(without extra insurance payment the maximum insured value is € 500,- in EU countries)
- For shipments to some countries (like: Italy, Portugal, Spain, France, Denmark) we prefer to use GLS, because postal service is unreliable in these countries. This is more expensive but we will cover the extra costs.
(at least then we don't have to worry if a parcel will arrive)
- insured shipping with TNT/UPS/Fedex (at customers request, as this is a more expensive option)

* Worldwide
- below € 50,- we use un-insured, non-traceable shipping with postal mail.
(as this method of shipping is non-traceable, we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport)
- above € 50,- we use insured, traceable shipping with postal mail.
(maximum insured value is 146 Euro, for some countries it is possible to insure a higher value)
- shipping with TNT/UPS/Fedex (at customers request, as this is a more expensive option)

We don't charge handling's costs.
We charge only the actual shipping costs.

We are not a shipping company. We can't control shipping time and the time that customs take to proces your shipment.
When your order is shipped with non-traceable mail we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport.
